Souls-like Combat & AI Technical Prototype

This is a completed gameplay prototype focused strictly on core mechanics, character control responsiveness, and enemy AI behavior.

Note: This is a technical showcase. It does not include main menus, UI polishing, or level design, as the sole purpose was to design and iterate on advanced gameplay systems.

Key Technical Features

  • Combat System: Responsive directional dodging, attack combos, hit registration, and precise stamina/health tracking.
  • Enemy AI & Mini-Bosses: Built-in behavior patterns including agro ranges, flanking logic, distinct attack phases, and punishing player mistakes.
  • Bonfire System: Fully functional checkpoint mechanics that reset world state, restore player resources, and handle enemy respawn loops correctly.
  • Animation & Visual Feel: Clean animation blending, hitstop for weapon impact, and fluid state transitions.
